Pain Point

Dispatchers were coordinating rides via phone calls and WhatsApp. Drivers didn't know where to go, customers didn't know when to expect their ride. No visibility, no data, no way to scale.

Solution

We built a Flutter app for both drivers and passengers. GPS tracking shows where everyone is. Customers book, see the fare upfront, and pay in-app. Drivers get optimized routes. The platform handles multi-passenger rides automatically. All transaction data syncs in real-time.
